Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out time is at 12:00 pm.

At check-in, your credit card is charged a refundable security authorization in the amount of $100.00.

Reservations are subject to an 11.9% lodging tax and 10% amenity fee, subject to change at any time without notice.

A deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax is due at the time of booking and is fully refundable up until 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

Please provide more than 72 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel a reservation to receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours will forfeit your deposit.

Dogs are welcome at an additional $40 per dog per night. A maximum of 3 dogs is allowed per room with no breed or size restrictions. Pets are defined as dogs only; no cats, birds, or other pets are allowed.

Self-parking is available for $12 per night with unlimited in-and-out access. One EV charging station is also available for guest use. Please notify us in advance if you have any oversized vehicles, trailers or recreational vehicles that you will need to park.

The Inn at Cape Kiwanda offers ocean-view rooms with one king bed or two queen beds as well as family suites with a bunk bed alcove or living room and bedroom. Some rooms include a pull-out sofa bed with a maximum occupancy of six. Several options include a spa-inspired bathroom with a jetted tub for one.

All guests enjoy access to the indoor swimming pool and hot tub next door, playground, putting course, bikes and beach wagons.

Yes. We ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

No. The Inn at Cape Kiwanda is a completely non-smoking property. A fee will be assessed if smoking of any kind occurs in rooms, bathrooms, balconies, corridors or any common space.
