Nine Holes of Putting Fun
Challenge each other to a round on our nine-hole putting course. Navigate rolling slopes, playful curves and a few tricky hazards for a game that’s lighthearted, engaging and welcoming to all ages and skill levels.
Sandboards, Sleds & Beach Wagons
Borrow a sandboard or sandsled to cruise down the 240-foot Great Dune of Cape Kiwanda, and a beach wagon to carry all your family’s gear to the sand. Available to borrow next door at Hart’s Camp.
Campfire & S’mores
After a day of exploration, gather around your beach campfire to roast yummy s’mores over an open fire while enjoying a spectacular sunset. Firewood and fixings for s’mores are available at Cape Kiwanda Marketplace next door.

Bikes are available to borrow in adult and kid sizes and are included in your stay. The flattest riding is through Pacific City itself, and a 1.5-mile pedal takes you to Nestucca Adventures, where you can rent a kayak or a paddleboard for the Nestucca River and look for bald eagles, harbor seals and salmon along the way. About 15 minutes north, the Tillamook Off-Road Trail Alliance is building Buzzard Butte, the area’s first public mountain-bike network, running from beginner flow trails to advanced jump lines through coastal forest, with e-bikes permitted.
The 10% amenity fee added to your room rate covers the property’s amenities, so there is no separate charge for the pool, the bikes or the putting course. Self-parking is the main extra at $12 per night with unlimited in and out, and there is one EV charging station.
