Terms and Conditions

At the Inn at Cape Kiwanda, we want you to be fully prepared and in the know so you can enjoy your Oregon Coast vacation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please provide more than 48 hours’ notice of your need to change or cancel a reservation to receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours will forfeit your deposit.

DEPOSIT:

A deposit equal to the first nights room and tax will be due at the time of booking and is fully refundable up until 48 hours prior to your arrival date.

SECURITY AUTHORIZATION:

At check-in your credit card will be charged a refundable security authorization in the amount of $100.00.

GROUPS:

Reservations of 5 or more rooms must be booked through the sales department.

PARKING:

Parking is complimentary and on-site. Please notify us in advance if you have any over-sized vehicles, trailers, or recreational vehicles that you will need to park.

PETS:

Pets are defined as dogs only, sorry no cats, birds, or other pets will be allowed. Dogs welcome in dog friendly rooms only and will be charged an additional $35 per dog per night. Maximum of 3 dogs allowed per room with no breed or size restrictions.

QUIET TIMES:

Quiet times are from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am

CHECK IN:

Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm

CHECK OUT:

Check-out time is 12:00 pm

SMOKING:

Inn at Cape Kiwanda is a completely nonsmoking property. A fee will be assessed if smoking of any kind occurs in our rooms, on our balconies or corridors, or any common space.
